Out of the abundance of the Heart, the Mouth speaketh. This means that, we can only express, what is in our hearts. If we possess the fruit of God's Spirit in our hearts, then it would be evident in how we live, how we speak, and also how we treat others. The bible declares that, "as a man thinketh in his or her HEART...SO IS HE! " In this forum, we take a close look @ the MATTERS OF OUR HEARTS. It has been designed for us to take inventory of our HEARTS before GOD; and it has been designed to help us see what HE SEES when HE looks @ our hearts. This is a personal but NECESSARY journey. If you are ready to truely deny yourself, take up your cross, and follow CHRIST, this is the place of your NEW BEGINNINGS.

Addictions, abusive relationships, depression, low self esteem, etc. But the bible admonishes that the strong ought to bear the infirmities of the weak.
